In most cases, yes. New Mexico Medicaid (Centennial Care) covers non-emergency medical transportation for eligible members going to covered medical appointments. When you reach out, we'll verify your eligibility and let you know what your costs will be. For most riders, it's nothing out of pocket.
For routine appointments, we ask for at least seven (7) business days notice. For recurring rides like dialysis, once you're on our schedule you don't need to call every time. We'll be there unless you tell us otherwise.
Yes. Pick ups are 9am and we head back at 2pm.
In many cases, yes, space permitting and depending on your Medicaid plan's policies. Let us know when you fill out the form and we'll work it out together.
We can accommodate walkers, canes, and folding wheelchairs. All customers must be mobile enough to get in and out of the vehicle safely without assistance.
